Innowacyjne Mleczarstwo – Innovative Dairy  is a scientific journal founded by the Institute of Dairy Industry Innovation Ltd. and the Dairy Cooperative “Mlekpol” in Grajewo.

The Journal publishes scholarly papers in Polish, including papers containing original research results, short communications, review articles and articles for the general public on all aspects of dairy science and technology.

The Journal aims to provide readers with an updated overview of current issues, the latest research concepts and advances in dairy science as well as trends and direction in dairy production.

Innowacyjne Mleczarstwo is an entirely open access journal – it offers free access to the full text of all articles that are available online free of charge.

The editor declares the online version to be the original one.
